Fully prepared Christmas feast delivered to your door Saturday 23rd. We provide re-heating instructions so your house will smell delicious…full of Christmas cheer…what could be better? Oh, wait, there is no mess for you! We love making holiday meals for our families, but it may be even more special to make it for our customers! Chefs well they love to cook, and the holidays give us the opportunity to make people happy, at home, and comforted with the food we make! We hope that you let us spoil your family with this delicious, and somewhat decadent (I mean Prime Rib for dinner … yes please!) Christmas spread!
Reheating Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F and begin by reheating your Prime Rib. We have cooked the Prime Rib to Rare (115-120 degrees F), the reheating time will depend on your families preferred internal cook. Cook to 130-135 degrees F for medium rare (our favorite way), we don’t recommend doing much past 145 degrees F because the meat begins to dry out from there.
Once the prime rib has reached your desired temperature, remove it from the oven and tent with tin foil and allow to rest while the rest of your sides reheat. Increase the temperature on your oven to 350 degrees F and put the fingerling potatoes in the oven (covered) for 30 minutes or until they are soft and heated throughout. With 10 minutes left in the potatoes add the asparagus to the oven (covered). If you want to have warm rolls, add them with 5-7 minutes left in the cook time.
Slice your prime rib to your liking, serve with the horseradish cream sauce, fingerling potatoes, asparagus, and dinner roll!
Once you have room, enjoy your cheesecake by the slice, best served cold 🙂
